Yes. In Outlook on the web, go to "Add calendar" > "From internet" and paste the URL. In the desktop app, use "File" > "Account Settings" > "Internet Calendars".

For late night events that go past midnight, like 9PM Friday until 1AM Saturday, we made a functional decision to truncate them to just their nightime portion. This improves the readability of our calendars. In these cases we include the actual event time in the event description.
